ISO 9120 certified: The ISO certification is a guarantee for quality. The ISO 9001 certification is in place since 2003 and the ISO 9120 certification since 2014.
Quality Assurance Plan
LOGITRADE endorses the global procedure through an operating phase that establishes the relational foundation between the customers and our teams. Through that phase, the operational data exchange processes, and the operating and reporting elements are also validated.
At the end of that phase, LOGITRADE produces a quality assurance plan establishing every operational settings that are measurable by our monthly steering committees. In the committees, both the customer’s and LOGITRADE’s team monitor the service and the operations follow-up, as well as the compliance with mutual commitments.
Compliance with regulatory standards:
Our Quality Management System integrates compliance with sensitive rules such as export permit management , compliance certification management, ROHS and REACH rule compliance, environmental policy compliance, CE marking compliance or even traceability with batch and product management
